The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has brought about a number of rapid technological changes. In short, this revolution can be defined as a transformation effort that focuses on technological automation and collaboration between humans and artificial intelligence (AI) systems.

This has certainly led to the emergence of various new needs and demands in various industrial sectors, not the job titles that you commonly heard about five years ago. However, it's the kinds of jobs related to technology and data processing that you'll be seeing more of in the coming years.

The development of technology and the emergence of industrial automation systems have had a significant impact on the world of work in Indonesia. These technological innovations have been developed by various industrial sectors in Indonesia, such as agriculture, manufacturing and services.

This job is responsible for processing data and analyzing new knowledge or insights to help solve problems or achieve company goals.

Developers are in charge of developing a program or application as an IT solution for a company through a certain programming language. 

4. Mechanics and machinery repairer








The mechanics and machinery repairer profession often works in the manufacturing industry and is responsible for repairing and maintaining industrial equipment.


In conclusion, the future workforce faces the challenge of adaptation and competition in a job market that is increasingly dominated by advanced technology. Therefore, in an increasingly advanced and automated world of work, adjustments and skill development are very much needed. It is important for us to learn new relevant things in order to increase our competitiveness in the future.
